VOLUNTEER TRAINING

Requirements
Persons interested in volunteering with the Truancy Intervention Project must attend the TIP Training Seminar sponsored by the Atlanta Bar Fpundation. Potential volunteers must either be a member of the State Bar of Georgia or submit to a criminal background check. Training seminars are held once in the fall and once in the spring of each year. Video replay training seminars are held periodically throughout the year.

CLE Credits
CLE credits are available to members of the State Bar of Georgia who either attend the fall or spring training seminar or attend a video replay session with at least six people in attendance. Attorneys receive 4 CLE hours including one trial, one ethics and one professionalism hour.
